About the Authority: The Red Rose Transit Authority Board is responsible for establishing policy of the Authority and oversee the Executive Director who is responsible for the day to day operations. The Red Rose Transit Authority provides public transportation services to Lancaster County.
The Board consists of nine (9) members appointed for five year terms. The Lancaster County Commissioners appoint seven of the Board's members.
