Order GIS Products via Mail or On-site
These forms need to be printed out and then completed. They can be submitted via U.S. Mail, fax (717-299-8256), or scanned and emailed to the IT Help Desk. Payment options include cash, check, or credit card (Visa or MasterCard).

- Map Request Form
Standardized production maps in several different sizes and on different media are available by request. - Custom Map Request Form
Request customized map or data analysis that goes beyond what is available on a production map or data CD. - LanCo View+ Form (form currently for municipal employees only) - Access our advanced parcel viewing application.
- Custom DXF / Shapefile Request Form
You can obtain vector data for specific areas in DXF / shapefile format. Data is available for areas up to the size of one municipality. Shapefiles can be used with most GIS software, and DXF files can be used in most CAD software. - Historical Data Request Form
This includes data gathered before 2000, including aerials, orthos, vector data, warrant maps, atlases, etc. - Raster Request Form
This mostly includes data gathered from 2000 to present. Lancaster County GIS has raster data available by municipality. This data includes 1998 digital orthophotography, 1999 and 2000 Color Infrared Imagery at one meter pixel resolution, 2002 Color Infrared Imagery, and 2005 True Color Orthophotos at two foot resolution.
Please note that Lancaster County has recently changed from using Adobe Acrobat to CenoPDF for producing fill-able PDF forms. In order to fill out the form and submit by email and/or save the filled out form, Foxit Reader must be used as the reader. Adobe Reader will still allow you to fill out and print a form, but a copy of the completed form cannot be saved.
