Trust Books record a variety of civil court proceedings including appointments, assigned estates, habitual drunkards, insolvent debtors, lunacy cases, name changes, oaths of office, stallion registrations and “weak-minded” individuals. Adoptions may be recorded in Trust Books through 1925.
