The Lancaster County Commissioners unanimously voted to approve $150,000 of County American Rescue Act (ARPA) funds to assist with the installation of a trail connection. This will allow hikers and bikers using the Enola Low Grade Rail Trail easy access to the shops and restaurants in the Borough. The 0.35-mile span will give access to the North Lime Street underpass allowing navigation to the local business on State Street.
This will promote revitalization and give support to local businesses while providing safe passage for those using the recreational trail.
