...PATCHY FREEZING FOG EARLY THIS MORNING...
Locally dense fog will reduce the visibility below one half mile
in some areas and impact driving conditions across parts of the
lower Susquehanna Valley early this morning. With temperatures
near or below freezing, fog may cause icy spots on untreated
surfaces. Temperatures rising above freezing by 10 AM will end the
threat of slick spots on roads. The visibility will also improve
through mid morning.
