* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 1 to 3 inches.
* WHERE...York and Lancaster Counties.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Saturday. The steadiest snow is expected
this evening through early Saturday morning.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Friday evening commute with
temperatures dropping below freezing.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Wind gusts between 30 and 40 mph from the
north are expected to develop Saturday morning into Saturday
afternoon.
