The Lancaster County Planning Department seeks to retain the services of a qualified engineering/planning Consultant or Team with experience providing transportation safety engineering and planning services, such as Towards Zero Deaths or Vision Zero initiatives. The selected Consultant or Team will support staff in the development of a Comprehensive Safety Action Plan for Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. The tasks for which staff are seeking assistance are defined in the Scope of Work.
