Description:

The Lancaster County Drug & Alcohol Commission (LCDAC) is a human services agency that has been serving the community for more than 45 years and is responsible for the oversight of the substance use disorder services within Lancaster County. They currently use a home-grown system created as a module in PeopleSoft (with an Oracle database) to track information related to treatment of clients, prevention programs, and office expenses. There is also a separate Windows application that is sent to providers to allow them to export client treatment records that can then be sent back to LCDAC to be imported into their case management system. 

The County is seeking proposals regarding software options and the benefits that it can provide the County of Lancaster with regards to case management, document storage, and a calendar system while adhering to County policy and procedures.
