A Denver man was recently convicted in Lancaster County Court of exposing himself to a 9-year-old boy – his second such conviction in recent years.
A local jury recently convicted 62-year-old Lewis Martin Martin of counts of indecent exposure and corruption of minors.
Assistant District Attorney Jennifer L. Ponessa presented evidence that Martin exposed himself multiple times to the boy in 2014 and 2015 at Martin’s home on Gehman School Road.
The jury deliberated about an hour before deciding the case.
Martin had been off probation for two weeks from a prior conviction of indecent exposure when the recent crimes happened.
Lancaster County Judge David Ashworth, who presided over the trial, will order sentence after a background check is completed in a couple months.
Martin has been at Lancaster County Prison since his arrest last year.
Martin was sentenced in 2011 to a time-served sentence, plus parole and probation terms, for exposing himself to two girls.
East Cocalico Township police Detective Keith Neff filed the most recent charges.
