A Lancaster man will serve at least 4 years in state prison for dealing marijuana and having stolen firearms at his city home.

Lancaster County Judge Howard Knisely recently ordered 22-year-old Terrance R. Bair serve 4 to 8 years in prison for 8 charges, including 3 felonies.

In January 2015, Lancaster County Drug Task Force detectives raided Bair’s home in the 400 block of North Christian Street and found:

- About 6 ounces of marijuana
- Drug-packaging supplies, including digital scales and baggies
- Mossberg pump-action shotgun in a bedroom closet
- .22 caliber revolver in a bedroom drawer
- .45 caliber semiautomatic pistol, reported stolen out of Lancaster city, in attic safe
- .45 caliber semiautomatic pistol, reported stolen out of Manheim Township, in attic safe

Bair has prior robbery convictions, as a juvenile, which prohibit him from possessing firearms.

He pleaded guilty in September to the recent charges.

Assistant District Attorney Maria Cusick prosecuted the case.
