[ARCHIVED] Manheim Police Seek Man who recently Exposed Himself in Public at Least 3 Times

Police are seeking a man who has exposed himself in Manheim on at least three occasions in the past month.
Manheim Borough police report the individual, an unidentified black male, exposed himself in public places at mid-afternoon on at least three recent days.
At least one person saw each incident.
The incidents:
- Nov. 11 at 3:45 p.m., in the first block of West Logan Avenue.
- Dec. 14 at 4 p.m., in the first block of North Main Street.
- Dec. 14 at 4:15 p.m., in the first block of North Wolf Street.
In two of the incidents, he was masturbating.
In all three incidents, he was leaning against a building with his pants pulled down.
The man is described as having a light to medium skin complexion. He wore a black or dark-colored hooded sweatshirt each time.
Manheim police encourage anyone who witnesses such activity, call them immediately at (717) 665-2481.
