[ARCHIVED] GUILTY: Jury Convicts Lititz Man of Kissing 2 Girls at Panera Bread, McDonald’s

A Lititz man was convicted of kissing two 13-year-old girls at a pair of Lancaster County restaurants.

A local jury convicted 46-year-old Brian Lefever last week of felony unlawful contact and misdemeanor counts of corruption of minors and attempted indecent assault of a child.

Lefever was caught kissing a pair of 13-year-old girls in 2013 and 2104, inside a restaurant and in a car in a restaurant parking lot.

Lancaster County Judge James Cullen, who presided over the trial, will order sentence following a background check.

The jury deliberated about three hours, over two days, according to Assistant District Attorney Christopher Sarno, who won the conviction.

Sarno called to testify two witnesses to each of the following incidents:
- May 27, 2013, inside Panera Bread on Fruitville Pike
- Aug. 19, 2014, outside McDonald’s on Manheim Pike
Lefever has been free on unsecured bail since being charged last year.

He will be required to register his whereabouts under Megan’s Law for the rest of his life, according to Sarno.

Manheim Township police Detective Christopher Dissinger filed charges.
