A Leola man convicted of keeping child pornography with his father was recently jailed for breaking probation by looking at pornography, and other violations.
Jack T. Neuenschwander, 20, was sentenced in May to five years of probation on felony counts of keeping, and distributing, child pornography.
His father, Karl Neuenschwander, also is charged; his case is pending.
A month after being sentenced, the younger Neuenschwander broke a Lancaster County judge’s order with these prohibited behaviors:
- Viewing pornography
- Living at an unapproved address
- Accessing the internet
- Using another person’s name/account to access the internet
He was committed to Lancaster County Prison on June 22.
In Lancaster County Court last month, Neuenschwander was sentenced to 6 to 23 months in prison, to be followed by five years of probation.
He must also undergo psychological treatment while in prison, according to the judge’s order.
Lancaster County Assistant District Attorney Mark Fetterman prosecuted the case.
