[ARCHIVED] Lancaster Man Charged After Drug Task Force Finds Loaded Pistol, Cocaine, Heroin, Needles

A Lancaster man is charged after a recent raid at his home and vehicle search uncovered heroin, cocaine, cash and a loaded pistol.

Dante Felipe, 40, is at Lancaster County Prison on $200,000 bail regarding three felonies and related misdemeanors.

The Lancaster County Drug Task Force, following an investigation of suspected drug trafficking, searched Felipe’s Beaver Street home and his Honda Civic on Jan. 11.

Detectives found:

- 77 bags of heroin

- 14 bags of cocaine

- A loaded, Canik 9mm pistol

- $721 cash

- Hypodermic needles and drug-packaging materials

- Additional bags of heroin and cocaine on Felipe’s person

District Judge Miles Bixler arraigned Felipe and set bail, which was not posted.

Felipe is presumed innocent.
