The Veterans Affairs Office is open for casework and evidentiary document drop off only. All casework is continued to be handled through virtual means. Please contact us via phone or email to set up a case review, development, appeal, or any other VA business.
We help veterans, their families, and survivors with securing the benefits they have earned. We handle claims for:

- Dependent indemnity compensation (DIC)
- Help for homeless veterans
- Non service connected pension for wartime veterans

- Widows death pension

- Application to state veterans home county benefits
- Emergency assistance for loss of income due to job loss, death, etc.
- $100 burial and headstone allowance
- Grave markers and grave flags
Transportation to the Veterans Affairs Medical CenterWe provide transportation to the Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) in Lebanon, on select days during the week. The ride departs from Lancaster at 8 a.m., and departs from the VAMC at approximately 12:30 p.m. Click here to send an email requesting VA Transportation.
Transportation to Lebanon VAMC will resume as of April 6TH with the following restrictions:
Only 4 veterans per trip, consisting of one veteran per row of seats in the transport van.
All veterans are required to wear masks at all times (masks provided)
Temperatures will be taken prior to getting on the van with anyone showing a temp being denied transport.
Transport van is sanitized prior to departure and upon return to the Government Center.
Only veterans with proof of an appointment will be provided transportation and LEB VAMC Is only permitting those with appointments into the center.
If screened symptomatic while at LEB VAMC, the veteran will NOT be afforded a return trip to Lancaster.
