The Lancaster County Redevelopment Authority offers a home rehabilitation program for low- and moderate-income homeowners. The Home Repair Program assists low- and moderate-income homeowners to make major systems repairs (roof, plumbing, electric, etc.) through a 0% interest, deferred-payment loan. The goal of the program is to maintain the housing stock in the community and allow homeowners to remain in their home.
