                       TERMINATION OF CASES

Please see the complete list of all cases terminated by order of court for failure to file a statement of intention to proceed since the notice of intent to terminate had been published, nor has there been any activity within two years, pursuant to Pa.R.J.A. No. 1901. The complete list of cases may be found on the Prothonotary website.  There will also be a paper copy in the Prothonotary Office.

Mortgage company not accepting your divorce decree?
If you have filed a no-fault divorce in Lancaster County, your divorce decree is a one-page document.  Lancaster County does not require a property settlement agreement to be filed in a no-fault divorce.  You can look at the docket and see if a property settlement agreement was filed before calling our office for a copy.  If none was filed we will not have a copy to provide to you.
