The Bicycle & Pedestrian Advisory Committee (BPAC) is an advisory committee to the county's Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) regarding bicycle and pedestrian issues related to the county's transportation planning process.

Meetings are every three months usually on the 4th Tuesday at 4:00 p.m. at 150 N. Queen Street (corner of Queen Street and Chestnut Street). Enter on the Binn's Park side, behind the stage.
