Senior Planner - Research & Information Specialist
L. Rose Long provides general and specialized community, economic and demographic information and analysis in support of the Growth Management and Housing and Economic Development goals of the Lancaster County Comprehensive Plan, local comprehensive and strategic plans, and other public purpose initiatives. Senior Transportation Planner Harriet Parcells (AICP) responsibilities include updates to the Long Range Transportation Plan, regional goods movement, environmental justice issues, Local Technical Assistance Program (LTAP) and LCPC representation on the Susquehanna Regional Transportation Partnership, Red Rose Transit Citizens Advisory Committee and Capital Red Rose Corridor Board of Directors.
