Volunteer Park Watch Program
 
The Volunteer Park Watch Program seeks to involve county residents in the use and protection of Lancaster County's Parks.
 
Park GraphicThe Park Watch Program empowers volunteers, usually residents living near a County Park,  to report suspicious activity such as trash dumping, vandalism, theft, and destruction of property, to Park Rangers. Although Park Rangers regularly patrol the parks, they may not see everything residents see.
 
Benefits of Being a Park Watch Volunteer:
  • Advance notice of events taking place in their park
  • Opportunity to provide suggestions for park improvement
