PAVILION 21 CLEAN UP
In order for your group to have their $100 security deposit returned, please observe the

following rules:

  

1.    Return all tables to the pavilion.

2.    Clean the kitchen area and remove all food from the refrigerator and oven.

3.    Sweep the pavilion floors.

4.    Completely extinguish the fire in the fireplace.

5.    Remove all personal items from the pavilion.

6.    Keep the trash containers inside the pavilion to prevent animals from eating

            the trash.

7.    Lock all windows and doors.

8.    Remember to leave the area by the designated time agreed upon on your

            contract.

9.     Comply with the key issuance form.

KEYS FOR PAVILION 21

·      Key access is granted only for the dates and times specified on your permit.  

·      Pick up a key at the Park's Main Office one business day before the date on your

                     pavilion rental contract.

·      There is a $100 security deposit which is refundable upon the return of the key

                     provided all clean-up rules are met.

·      Individuals have one business day to return the key or risk losing their security

                    deposit.

·      If there are any questions or problems, please call the Main Office during regular

                     business hours 8:30-5:00 p.m. at 299-8215. For after hours, weekends or

                     holidays, call the Park Rangers at 295-3604 or 295-3605.

·      Do not use nails, tacks, screws or staples, to secure banners, signs or decorations

                     to the pavilion walls or ceiling. Scotch tape and masking tape may be used,

                     but only on the outdoor pavilion posts or indoor pavilion walls. Individuals

                     renting the pavilions are responsible for any damages sustained.
