If needed, hearings are held the second Thursday of every month at 7:00 p.m.
at the Martic Township Municipal Building.
The Zoning Hearing Board addresses the requests of Special Exceptions, Variances and Appeals.

The Township Zoning Hearing Board is made up of three Township residents (and one alternate member)that meet once a month, if needed, to review requests that have been submitted to the Township.
After the application is received, a public notice is placed in the local newspaper two times, posted at the Township building and posted at the property prior to the hearing date. The public hearing is held at the Township building and is open to the public.
