SECTION 707. Vehicular Parking Facilities. Off-street parking spaces shall be provided in all mobile home parks. Two (2) spaces per dwelling unit shall be provided either on the mobile home lot or in a common, paved parking lot within two hundred (200) feet of the mobile home to be served. The spaces shall be designed in the accordance with this Ordinance and/or the Zoning Ordinance. Mobile home parks shall also provide off-street parking spaces for visitors. The number of visitors spaces shall be at least one half space per dwelling unit.
