Nursing Home Checklist - www.aging.state.pa.us/aging Nursing Home Comparison - www.medicare.gov/NHCompare/home.asp Medicare website that includes the "Nursing Home Compare" feature. You can look up one facility or compare several.Please note: the information on this site doesn't always reflect the "whole story." For example, a facility may have a high number of residents with bed sores not because of poor care, but because they have a large rehabilitation unit with many residents who acquired bed sores in the hospital. Pennsylvania Association of Area Agencies on Aging (P4A) - www.p4a.org A statewide organization created by the Directors of Pennsylvania's 52 Area Agencies on Aging.
