Open Records and PA Right to Know

For information relating to requests for records pursuant to the Right to Know Law, please refer to Lancaster County’s Right to Know Policy or the Pennsylvania Right to Know Law.  A copy of the County’s Right to Know Policy is posted in the Commissioners’ Office and in the lobby of the Courthouse.
