Lancaster County C.A.S.E. and the Lancaster County Crime Prevention Task Force (CPTF) participate in ‘Freedom Weekend’

Lancaster County C.A.S.E. was a sponsor of the October 1, 2011 "Freedom Weekend" of events and handed out safety information and red balloons to children and parents.

At the next table, the Lancaster County Crime Prevention Task Force partnered with the Manheim Masons Lodge #587 to provide PA Chip, a Child Identification Program. Fifty children went through the identification process. Pictured below, Commissioner Lehman stands with several volunteers from the Manheim Masons.

In the following two pictures, a young girl is going through the CHIP process which included fingerprinting, pictures and a video recording of the child answering questions. A DNA kit was sent home with each parent.
