Please take a few minutes to give us your opinion!  Office of Aging is developing a plan for the next four years (2012 - 2016) and needs your input.  What new programs or services do older persons and their families need?  Where can improvements or changes be made? What are we missing?

To take our survey in either English or Spanish, go to: http://www.co.lancaster.pa.us/lanco_aging and click the Survey link in the center OR stop by the office on the 4th floor of the Lancaster County Government Center (150 N Queen St, Lancaster) for a paper copy of the survey and more information!  Kindly complete the survey as soon as possible, but no later than April 3, 2012. It consists of 13 questions that will take approximately 10 - 20 minutes, depending on the detail of your answers.
