Building Code Board of Appeals

The Building Code Board of Appeals reviews and adjudicates appeals of the decisions of the Building Code Official concerning provisions of the building codes. 

All variance requests for the accessibility standards are required by state code to be filed with the Accessibility Review Board at Pennsylvania Labor & Industry, Harrisburg, PA.

The Building Code Board of Appeals is scheduled to meet at 4:00 PM on the second Wednesday of each month when the Agenda has matters posted for discussion, review or disposition, in Conference Room #4, first floor of the Southern Market Center Building, 100 South Queen Street, Lancaster, PA  17603.
