The Lancaster Higher Education Authority was incorporated by the City of Lancaster in 1982, and is authorized to finance buildings and facilities for private, nonprofit, nonsectarian colleges and universities. The annual meeting of the Authority is held on the first Wednesday in July, at 4:00 PM in Southern Market Center, 100 South Queen Street. Additional meetings are conducted as necessary.
