Finding resources in your community can sometime feel like a daunting task. This is a list of ideas to help kick start your plan for finding great ways to meet families and get out into the community:

Ask your Support Coordinator

Talk with your church or other local churches

Ask your doctor

Check with your local Library branch for programs

Look into movement programs such as gymnastics or recreation centers
